IGANMU FC Vs GBAGADA FC.
The Creative Championship League.
Our first game in February and the first-midweek fixture pitches us up against Iganmu in matchweek-4 as we arrive at the game as the current league leaders with nine (9) points in three games and yet to have conceded a goal in this period.
ABOUT OUR OPPONENT.
Iganmu will be looking to get back to winning ways having to yet secure a win since the opening weekend with two draws and a loss in the last game week.
The Blues have been enjoying such a ride since matchweek-1 winning all our opening three games conceding none in the process. It’s indeed a fine one but this is the time to keep pressing on without dropping that pedal.
Last weekend’s fixture saw the team face one of the best attacking sides in the league and with a show of resilience in defense and general tactical brilliance was able to neutralize major threats during the game.
Our lastest opponent might be struggling for form and this sort of fixture brings such motivation to get back on track which is where we’ll have to be wary and also put on show our best display if we are to continue in our bright start.
We will be headed out on Wednesday to continue strong without any complacency but focusing only on our game plan in executing it to the best of our abilities.
ABOUT THE MATCH.
We will look to keep our 100 per cent record and maintain our lead at the top with a win while for Iganmu a win gets them their first for the season and will look to avoid a back to back defeat.
WHEN AND WHERE?
The kick-off is at 1:00 pm at the Legacy Pitch, Surulere on Wednesday 2nd.
